General usage information

The AMD Optimizing Compiler Suite is a set of compilers based on the LLVM clang/flang compilers with proprietary additions produced by AMD and designed to produce code optimized specifically for the newer AMD CPUs. The suite includes compilers for:

  • C
  • C++
  • Fortran

    • This module will add the clang, clang++ and flang commands to your PATH. These are proprietary compilers, but you are generally free to use on AMD systems.
