General usage information

ICU4C is a set of C and C++ libraries providing unicode and globalization support.

This module will add the icuinfo and related commands to your PATH

The following environmental variables have been defined:

• \$ICU4C_ROOT has been set to the root of the icu4c installation
• \$ICU4C_LIBDIR points to the directory containing the libraries
• \$ICU4C_INCDIR points to the directory containing the header files

You will probably wish to use these by adding the following flags to your compilation command (e.g. to CFLAGS in your Makefile):

• -I\$ICU4C_INCDIR

and the following flags to your link command (e.g. LDFLAGS in your Makefile):

• -L\$ICU4C_LIBDIR -Wl,-rpath,\$ICU4C_LIBDIR
