General usage information

USEARCH is a fast sequence analysis tool, combining many algorithms into a single package. Its search and clustering algorithms are often orders of magnitude faster than BLAST.

This modulefile adds the usearch command to your PATH.

Note: This software is restrictively licensed. Although free to use for academic purposes, this installation is under a license which does not allow commercial use. If you intend to use USEARCH for commercial and/or for-profit use cases, you need to download and install your own version of the code.
