The University of Maryland will be returning to the annual Supercomputing conference, once again hosting a booth at this year's Supercomputing 2021 conference. SC21 brings together scientists, engineers, and researchers from the international community with a technical program full of presentations and tutorials. It is an excellent setting to meet other like-minded individuals with whom you can learn and share information. SC21 will be held in St. Louis, MO from November 15to 19. For more information on the conference, see the SC21 website.
The UMD booth will serve to showcase research and projects currently being performed at the University. Located in the exhibit hall, the UMD booth is number 0105, just look for the giant terrapin suspended from the ceiling.
NOTE: Because of the ongoing covid-19 recovery, the
in-person aspect of the SC conference was scaled back this year, and UMD
did not have any talks at the booth this year. But we highlighted our
soon-to-come Zaratan cluster and
our new Quantum initiatives
Q-Lab and MARQI.
