General usage information

The OSU microbenchmark suite is a collection of independent message passing interface (MPI) performance benchmarks from Ohio State University. It includes traditional and performance measures such as latency, bandwidth, and host overhead for both traditional and GPU-enhanced nodes.

The various osu_* commands have been added to your PATH.
