General Usage
COSMA is a parallel, high-performance, GPU-accelerated, matrix-matrix multiplication algorithm that is communication-optimal for all combinations of matrix dimensions, number of processors and memory sizes, without the need for any parameter tuning.
The following environmental variables have been defined:
- $COSMA_ROOT has been set to the root of the cosma installation
- $COSMA_LIBDIR points to the directory containing the libraries
- $COSMA_INCDIR points to the directory containing the header files
You will probably wish to use these by adding the following flags to your compilation command (e.g. to CFLAGS in your Makefile):
- -I$COSMA_INCDIR
and the following flags to your link command (e.g. LDFLAGS in your Makefile):
- -L$COSMA_LIBDIR -Wl,-rpath,$COSMA_LIBDIR
